Description

The stainless steel mango hot water treatment plant in Pakistan can soaking mangoes in hot water and then cooling with air-drying system, which can eliminate insect eggs, and can inhibit enzymes to protect the color, so that the mango maintains its original natural color.

The mango hot water treatment plant have mesh belts to ensure that the mangoes  soaking in the blanching pool. The body of the blanching tank is provided with an insulation layer to reduce heat loss and save energy. The upper cover have a lifting device to facilitate internal cleaning, and the lower end have a sewage outlet for easy cleaning of the equipment.

After blanching, the mesh belt will transport the mangoes to the cooler for cooling.Here are two different cooling and drying machine in our factory.The air wind drying machine is semi-automatic and the axial wind drying machine is fully automatic.You can choose either of them according to your request.

How It Works Water Treatment Plant

1. Clean the equipment, remove foreign matter and dirt, and wipe dry water.
2. Visually check whether the power cord broken or cracked.
3. Whether the appearance and function of the switch and indicator light are abnormal.
4. Whether the connector connect well.
5. Whether the motor is abnormal.
6. Turn on the power.
7. Turn on the heating tube.
8. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, turn on the mesh belt motor to start the conveyor belt.
11. After finishing the work, turn off the heating tube.

Soaking mangoes in water above 48 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes can eliminate all eggs. This is an internationally recognized standard, and the Chinese quarantine department also guided us in this way. After we processing the mangoes with hot water, then will grading the mango according to their size, and finally packaged them.
