Guacamole is a very common dip in Mexican cuisine and is loved by many people. In order to meet the large-scale and high-standard production needs of guacamole, our company launched this guacamole production line.

The guacamole processing plant covers the entire process from fresh avocado processing to sauce packaging, ensuring that every link meets food safety and quality control standards. The main production processes include:

• Washing: Remove the sand, impurities and pesticide residues on the surface of the avocado.
• Peeling and pitting: Use peeling equipment to accurately cut, peel and pit the avocado, retain the flesh to the greatest extent and avoid human loss.
• Pulping: After multiple stages of crushing, the avocado is processed into guacamole with a fine texture and smooth taste. The whole process is carried out in a closed system to prevent oxidation and contamination.
• Mixing and vacuum degassing: Seasonings (lemon juice, chili, onion, etc.) can be added according to customer needs, and the vacuum system can be used to remove bubbles in the guacamole to improve product stability and storage.
• Sterilization: Effectively sterilize while retaining the color and nutrition of the guacamole to the maximum extent to ensure product safety.
