The grape processing plant can produce grape juice by squeezing it from the grape fruit, without any preservatives and coloring agents, and retains the aroma and nutrition in the grape fruit.

The main process of the grape juice production line is: raw materials, cleaning, picking, lifting, destemming and crushing, juice extraction, enzyme inactivation, homogenization, degassing, sterilization, and filling.

Washing machine: Soak and clean the grapes with a water bath washing machine;

Picking belts: Manual picking belts can facilitate multiple workers’ simultaneous picking work, picking out rotten and spoiled grapes;

Elavator: transport the selected grapes to the next process;

Grape de-stemming crusher: removes the stalks of the grapes to prevent the grape stalks from entering the juice, which will have an adverse effect on the quality. At the same time, it also pre-crushes the grapes to facilitate transportation.

Grape juice making machine: A single channel pulp making machine is necessary for grape juice, this machine can automatically remove grape seeds from the grapes;

Enzyme killer: It can inactivate polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and pectin methylesterase (PME) in grape juice, reduce browning in the subsequent production process and slow down the process of fermentation deterioration.

Homogenizer: The function of homogenizer is to fully break up the grape juice liquid into small droplets through high-speed mechanical force, which will help the emulsifier to fully wrap the grape juice to form smaller emulsified particles, which will improve  the product stability.

Degasser: Degas the grape juice to prevent the grape juice from oxidizing and prolong the shelf life.

Tubular sterilizer: Tubular sterilizer is mainly used for the sterilization and cooling of various concentrated fruit purees and various juices.

3-in-1 filling machine: It can complete the functions of cleaning, filling and capping the bottles of grape juice.
