This orange juice squeezer machine is suitable for squeezing oranges, lemons, passion fruit and other fruits (fruit diameter 10-110MM). We don’t need to peel or grade the fruit,just directly juicing them with this machine.

Composition structure

The machine is mainly contains of a frame, a reducer, a feed hopper, two sets of cutter components, two sets of feed rolls, two sets of squeezing rolls, a juice hopper, a slag outlet and other components.

Orange Juice Squeezer Machine Working principle:

Turn on the power and pour the materials into the hopper;
1#Feeding roller auxiliary feeding;
1#2# Two sets of blades to slice fruit;
2#The feeding roller feeds the fruit;
1#2# squeezing rolls are squeezed (1# squeezing rolls can be adjusted up and down by the gap adjustment device to control the amount of fruit juice). The juice and part of the pulp are discharged from the juice hopper, and the skin and residue are discharged from the slag hopper to achieve the purpose of squeezing juice.
